"It’s taken me a long time to learn how to live with and accept life with a chronic illness. I just knew that I couldn’t let people struggle the way I did, so I created a podcast and welcomed everyone into my life, opening up about my journey living with chronic illness. As well as sharing my personal struggles and challenges, I talk to other chronic illness warriors and shed light on the ups and downs that come with living with a rare autoimmune disease."
