Today's episode is all about the importance of allowing ourselves to experience every emotion - even the negative ones.
When we ignore our anxiety, stress or sadness we don't allow the emotions to be fully processed and instead we hold onto them. Over time this compounds until eventually the emotions HAVE To be released. More often than not, this is NOT pretty!
I've learned that it's far better to acknowledge when we are feeling low so that we can deal with the issue fully and then move on.
